Alder (Alder) is an excellent wood harvested in the Northwest of the US This wood was used by Native Americans to smoke with fresh salmon. It gives a full but soft aroma.
Suitable for: fish, poultry, meat, tofu and tempeh.
It can also be thoroughly mixed with fruit timber, which results in a very interesting flavor.
